We want to make understanding what Gigapipe is, and what it can offer you, as simple as possible. Therefore, please check out our list of frequently asked questions. If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, please use the contact form below and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Gigapipe can be used across a broad spectrum of industries and data sets. As an example Gigapipe is ideal for the following:

  • Web and App analytics
  • Advertising networks and RTB
  • Telecommunications
  • E-commerce and finance
  • Information security
  • Monitoring and telemetry
  • Time series
  • Business intelligence
  • Online games
  • Internet of Things

Gigapipe is also particularly useful for prototyping and testing, as clusters are created and destroyed in seconds, without needing to code or manage any infrastructure. Please note though that data in Gigapipe must be structured, as ClickHouse does not directly support unstructured data.

It's up to you! Gigapipe only stores data in the region in which you created your cluster. Data is never moved between clusters unless you specifically request it. For a list of supported regions, please check the supported regions in the docs.

We recommend reading our ClickHouse documentation for information on how to use ClickHouse after you've created a cluster.

Definitely! We love to hear back from our customers and provide us with new ideas on how we can better support you. Please visit our feature request system to submit your idea. If approved, we'll get on it right away.

Gigapipe charges based on the resources you deploy. ClickHouse is far more efficient than other databases, therefore requiring less hardware. Please see our pricing page for more details.

Currently we support clusters deployed on Google GCP and Amazon AWS. We plan to add more vendors in the future. Please check the docs to see list of supported vendors.

Getting started is simple. Just create an account here, and then check the docs for information on creating your first cluster.
