# Gigapipe

> Polyglot observability warehouse on ClickHouse. Ingest logs, metrics, traces and
> profiles via OpenTelemetry, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo, Pyroscope, InfluxDB, Elastic or
> Datadog, then query them with LogQL, PromQL and TraceQL from Grafana with no plugins.

Gigapipe (formerly qryn) is an open source, single-binary observability backend. It
stores all four telemetry signals in ClickHouse and reimplements the Loki, Prometheus,
Tempo and Pyroscope HTTP APIs, so existing agents and Grafana datasources work against
it unchanged. Licensed AGPL-3.0.

- **Ingest formats:** OpenTelemetry (OTLP over HTTP and gRPC), Loki, Prometheus, Tempo,
  Zipkin, Pyroscope, InfluxDB, Elastic, Datadog
- **Query languages:** LogQL (logs), PromQL (metrics), TraceQL (traces), Pyroscope API
  (profiles)
- **Storage:** ClickHouse, with S3-compatible object storage
- **Pricing model:** flat, based on infrastructure size — not per-GB ingested, per-host
  or per-seat
